Are You Listening?

“Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalm 46:10)

So many times we forget about the still small voice of God.  We pray for answers and then we forget to wait upon the Lord.  He moves when He wills to move.  Our timing is sometimes right but God’s timing is ALWAYS right.  He moves and speaks to us in ways that we will not recognize if we do not “be still”.  Sometimes He speaks through the life circumstance of others.  Sometimes He opens or closes a door.  Sometimes it seems like He will never answer.  Just remember, when you hand it over to God — be still and WAIT.  Because although God may not answer as you would say “on time”, He is NEVER late!
