My Interview with Randy and Rhoda – It Takes a Church

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

ITAC_logoI had a great time yesterday interviewing Randy and Rhoda who met at Christ Life Church in Tempe Arizona during the filming of an “It Takes a Church” episode. Since the filming about 4 months ago they have continued to court one another. I have included the sound file of the interview for you below but I also just wanted to point out some of the highlights — really my favorite Q & A’s from the interview.

Q: Randy, I understand you were the first bachelor who was able to choose your lady on the show. Up until your episode one lady would choose from several male suitors. Tell me a little bit about what it felt like when Natalie Grant called out your name.

A: “… show did a bang up job of hiding the details … I didn’t know, I didn’t know … time to get on the ride!”

Q: Rhoda, you are a true Princess in your native country of Malawi Africa. Do you believe you have found your Prince?

A: “Yes I am!  My prince is right here … He is on fire for God … he truly puts my needs before his … his actions show how much he cares…”

Be sure to tune into GSN Thursday at 9/8 Central for “It Takes a Church” where churches across the country surprise one unsuspecting single with the news that they are about to be saved from the dating world.
