The Rice
- 4 cups Rice, brown - uncooked and water according to steamer instructions
The Veggies and such
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 3 cups Water
- ½ 12 oz bag Green beans, frozen
- ½ 12 oz bag Peas, frozen(or split peas)

- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- ½ can Pumpkin puree (no added ingredients just 100% pumpkin) [15 or 16 oz can]
- ½ teas Turmeric (ground)
- ¼ teas Black pepper (to activate the turmeric)
Instructions
The Rice
- Steam the rice and set aside.
Veggie Mixture
- Grease the bottom of pressure cooker with Coconut oil.
- Cut up sweet potatoes, carrots
- Cut up the beef liver
- Place cut items and all remaining ingredients in this group into the pressure cooker in the order given (put the liver on the very top because it will burn on the bottom.
- After the pressure cooker comes to full pressure, cook for 15 minutes.
- Turn off heat and remove from hot burner (if using stove top device).
- Allow pressure to come down before removing the lid.
The Eggs
- Wash the eggs
- Crack the eggs and place them, shells and all, into a blender
- Blend the eggs just until you cannot see the shells - which have sunk to the bottom of the blender.
- Melt 1 tbsp coconut oil in skillet
- Pour blended eggs and shells into skillet and scramble until cooked. CAUTION, cook on medium heat and move the eggs as they cook because those shells will tend to scorch.
- Set cooked, scrambled eggs aside.
Mix it all together
- When the mixtures are cool enough to work with drain the mackerel and place it in with the cooked pressure cooker stuff. Mash the stuff in the pressure cooker with a hand held potato masher.
- Gradually add the eggs, pumpkin mix and rice to the stuff in the pressure cooker.
- Mix with large sturdy spoon until well incorporated.
Storage
- Move the ready to eat food into whatever storage containers you have chosen to work best for your pup. You can store this in the refrigerator or freeze it - Just be sure to leave some air in your container if you are freezing.
